Terms of use
These terms apply to anatomovie.com and the Anatomovie studio at app.anatomovie.com (together, "the service"), run by ISNET DP PLATFORM ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.
What the service is
Anatomovie lets you build short 3D anatomy films with narration and captions. Films are for explanation and education. They are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor's examination.
Your account
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done under your account. One account is for one person; the Clinic plan covers five named people.
Your films
Films and storyboards you make are yours. You give us the right to store them and show them to the people you share them with, only to run the service. Some 3D model sets require their authors to be credited; the studio adds those credits to each film, please keep them.
What is not allowed
Do not upload content you have no rights to, personal data of patients without their consent, or anything unlawful. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Paid plans
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; after cancelling, the plan stays until the end of the paid period. Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. Refunds: see the refund policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your films safe, and keep nightly copies, but we cannot promise it will never stop. The service is given "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may close accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms and will post the new version here with its date.
